Stoney Point Landing is a gated waterfront community located in the Double Springs area of Smith Lake. It is located just 9 miles down County Road 8 from US Hwy 195. It’s an easy commute from the Decatur, Birmingham, and Huntsville areas.
Stoney Point Landing features paved roads with street lights, a community swimming area with sandy beach on Smith Lake, walking trail, picnic areas, guest slips, and a private boat launch. In addition,the community provides locked gated facilities for trailers or larger vehicles, and additional storage.
