Bailey Bridge Town Homes is a small complex located where Arley and Crane Hill meet, close to Bailey Bridge, on Shady Lane just off of County Road 22. By water, it’s located close to the convergence of Rock Creek and White Oak Creek. The build date is believed to be sometime in the mid 90’s. There are four units with a main/entry level, full basement, and 1/2 upper level. Each unit has one assigned boat slip in the four-slip boathouse. Views are beautiful from both the land and from the water with a massive rock shelf at the waters edge.
